Dual Electric Fuel Pump Module
Can be used with electronic fuel injection. Can also be used with engines that do not have provision for
a mechanical fuel pump and are running a carburetor or mechanical injection (see application note listed below)

Our Fuel Pump Module (FPM) provides a new level of simplicty
and function to your fuel system. The FPM reduces a time consuming
and costly plumbing job to a simple and clean, easy to set up installation.


The Fuel Pump Module includes the following features:

- Ideal fuel pump solution for any EFI equipped vehicle.
- Dual fuel pump design can serve as a primary and backup pump or both pumps can be run at the same time.
- One pump operation can support up to 400hp, both pumps running can support up to 800hp.
- Uses high quality Walbro fuel pumps (made in the USA).
- Intregal plumbing through .400" large fuel passages offers no restriction to pump output.
- Integral mounting bosses can be bolted directly to floor or firewall.
- Intregral heat shield keeps radiant exhaust heat off the fuel system.
- Flexible IN and OUT fitting positions allow for easy installation even in tight spaces.
- Fuel pressure sender can be mounted directly on any unused output port.
- Includes AN -6 (3/8" I.D.) input and output fittings.

Fuel Filters
We carry fuel filters with included AN-6 fittings to simplify the connection of your fuel system. If you have an electric fuel pump in your system, whether your engine is carbureted, mechanically injected, or electronically injected, the safest filter setup is to use two filters. Each filter has a different purpose. This arrangement is identical to what you will find in a modern car.

We recommend a pre filter (PN FF-2) located before the electric fuel pump in your system. PN FF-2 is a 90 micron screen filter that will catch any large bits that may come through your fuel system. Your car has a mesh screen on the fuel pump inlet in the gas tank for this purpose. The pre filter will protect your electric fuel pump from damage from tank debris or other large particles.

After the electric fuel pump, we recommend installing a fine particulate filter (PN FF-1) to catch the smallest particles that may be in the fuel or come from the electric pump as a function of wear. PN FF-1 is a 10 micron uncloggable filter that will keep all of your downstream components free of any particulates that could potentially cause a partial clog of injectors or carburetor orifices. This "post pump" filter is similar to the high pressure filter that you will find in your cars fuel system.

Spark Plug Adapters
If you are going to run an electronic ignition on your aircraft engine, you will need a set of these to adapt the 18mm spark plug threads in your aircraft cylinder head to 14mm threads for use of automotive spark plugs. These are the highest quality adapters you will find. These adapters are made on our in house CNC equipment. They are made from the strongest alloy of naval brass - The same alloy used to make propellers on large ships. You will find the thread tolerance and finish of these parts second to none. These adapters are included at no extra charge in our ignition and fuel injection kits.
