Our Factory Demo RV-7


This aircraft is returning home to our shop to receive a Lycoming O-360 engine and the full EFII treatment.

We will be using the RV-7 as our factory demo plane. Hopefuly we will run into you somewhere during the 2011 airshow circuit.



The RV-7 has been prepped for it's fresh O-360 engine built by Don Adamson at 92nd West Aviation in Arkansas.
Don has been great to deal with. For this project he has put together a 9:1 compression, parallel valve engine with piston oil squirters.

The engine has arrived. The care that went into its assembly is obvious. This will be a nice platform to show off the EFII system.
The 9:1 engine should be worth about 190hp in standard Lyc trim (mags and carb). The EFII system will boost that by roughly 10% for close to 210hp total.
This should make for a very nice flying RV-7.
